Since 1981, Ms. Lambrecht has worked with schools and youth leaders to influence positive change in the way we meet the needs of children. Debra has provided continued educational training, along with strategic and organizational consulting for hundreds of schools and youth organizations across the country. Most recently Ms. Lambrecht served as School Director of a private preschool through 8th grade. Founder of Caring About Kids, she created a unique mentor program that was replicated throughout the United States; and authored several youth development publications including training manuals that became required text for CA State University Master’s counseling program. Ms. Lambrecht’s innovative program models have been recognized as exemplary by United Way, National Public Radio, and Rotary International. Debra has also had the privilege of representing Rotary International while presenting her work at the United Nations International Youth Strategies Summit.
Mr. Silvert is the Founder and CEO of EdPro consulting, Finance Director of Delta Managed Solutions for California Schools, and serves on several non-profit educational advisory boards. Andy was President of Think Small Ventures, Inc.; Director of Marketing & Business Development for Synergex Corporation; Director of Strategic Alliances at Brigade Corporation; and Product Manager at Lucent Technologies. Mr. Silvert holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkley with an emphasis in entrepreneurial ventures, marketing and product management. Andy spent 8 years living and working in Japan, is a published author, a certified massage therapist and former marathon runner.
As a Learning Resource Specialist, Learning Support Director, teacher and coach, Mr. Casperite has taught at the elementary, high school and college levels, has developed physical education curriculum, learning support assessment processes and served on school accreditation committees. Steven holds a Multiple & Single Subject Teaching Credential (Special Education), a Master’s in Education in Special Education and Master’s of Arts in Intellectual History. A beloved coach, ‘Mr. C’ has coached water polo, swim team and basketball for 30 years.
Ms. Jackson holds a BA in Humanities and Cultural Studies from Dominican University. April has served as Operations Manager, Development Director and Admissions Director of several private schools in the North Bay over the past 10 years. Prior to her work in schools, April worked in property management and a licensed real estate agent. Ms. Jackson is also a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, avid tennis player and active volunteer in her community. A nature enthusiast, April enjoys hikes and outdoor adventures with her family.
Ms. Magee holds a BA in Communications from Trinity Western University, in British Columbia. Joanna has held the role of Office Manager, Administrator, Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant, Media Coordinator and Project Manager across a variety of industries including property management, manufacturing, wholesale, non-profits and education. Joanna has been an active volunteer at her children’s school, and enjoys an active lifestyle with her family.
Mr. Reynoso has received his education in Jalostotitlan Jalisco. Mexico and Cabrillo College in Aptos, California. Trino began his career in the food industry as a cook, custodian and artisan cheese maker in the North Bay before moving to Santa Cruz in 2006 to start his own commercial janitorial company. Mr. Reynoso is also skilled in landscape and yard maintenance, painting, plumbing and carpentry work.
